How do I change the address on my account?

It is very important that Cal IV Entertainment receives updates to your account as soon as possible, so we may continue to provide you with royalty statements in a timely manner. Please send a written, signed letter noting all changes to your account (i.e. address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.) along with your social security number to the royalties department immediately after all such changes.
