How do I obtain a mechanical license?
- For all compositions published by Cal IV Songs (ASCAP) and Hope-N-Cal Music (BMI), all mechanical licensing inquiries regarding domestic releases should be directed to the Harry Fox Agency (www.nmpa.org/hfa.html), and all mechanical licensing inquiries regarding Canadian releases should be directed to CMRRA (www.cmrra.ca).

In order to provide our licensing department with all of the details necessary to license one or more of our compositions, you must submit a Mechanical License Request form in writing before you intend to distribute your recording. Our licensing department will process your request and mail to you the written agreements that are necessary to grant to you the right to distribute your recording.
