Why does my balance have to be $25 or more before I receive a check?

In the interest of keeping administrative costs as efficient as possible, Cal IV maintains a minimum royalties payment threshold of $25.00 and carries balances forward that do not meet or exceed this threshold. We have determined that this $25.00 threshold, which is consistent with industry standards, allows us to serve all of our songwriters and clients more effectively.
